1. Using DealPilot

DealPilot helps users discover and compare products, prices and delivery information from trusted UK retailers. Results are produced using DealPilot's product-matching, ranking and retailer-suitability systems and may include AI-assisted interpretation and explanations.

2. Informational service

DealPilot is a product-discovery and comparison service. DealPilot is not the seller and does not process retailer orders. Purchases take place directly with independent retailers. Retailer terms, returns and warranties apply.

3. No guarantee of availability

Prices, stock, size, specification, delivery and total delivered cost can change. You must verify the exact model, compatibility, size, colour, stock, delivery region, delivery charge and final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

4. AI limitations

AI-assisted wording may help interpret requests and explain results. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. You should verify important details with the retailer. AI guidance does not replace professional financial, legal, medical or safety advice.

5. Affiliate links

Some retailer links are affiliate links. DealPilot may receive a commission from qualifying purchases or actions at no additional cost to the user. Affiliate commission does not determine DealPilot's product ranking.

6. Third-party retailers

Retailers are independent third parties. DealPilot does not control retailer websites and is not responsible for retailer checkout, payment, delivery, fulfilment, returns, warranties or customer service. Disagreements about a purchase generally need to be raised with the retailer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use DealPilot for lawful, personal shopping research only. You must not: scrape or automate data collection; attempt to bypass rate limits; disrupt the service; submit malicious code; abuse the support form; impersonate another person; or use the service unlawfully.

8. Service availability

DealPilot may change or improve features, temporarily suspend features, correct errors or withdraw unreliable product information. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

9. Intellectual property

DealPilot branding, interface and original site content belong to their respective owner. Retailer names, logos, images and product information remain the property of their respective owners. DealPilot does not claim ownership over retailer material.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DealPilot is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate retailer data, changed prices, unavailable stock or third-party retailer actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, liability for fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. This section should be reviewed by a legal professional to confirm enforceability.

11. Changes to terms

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised 'Last updated' date. Changes do not apply retroactively beyond what applicable law permits.

12. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these Terms should be confirmed based on the actual operator's legal location and business structure. This section is flagged for the owner or a legal adviser to complete.
